As of 12 noon today (March 9), 10 new cases of new coronary pneumonia have been confirmed in Singapore, with a total of 160 cases. Of these, 10 were in intensive care units. In addition, today 3 people were discharged from the hospital with a total of 93 discharged.

Among the newly added cases today, six were related to the infection group at the private banquet of the Jurong Armed Forces Club, which were 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, and 160 cases, of which the 160th infected person was only five years old. This infection group has become the largest infection group in Singapore, with 36 people currently being diagnosed.

Of the other 4 confirmed cases, 3 were imported from overseas, and 1 was associated with the Christian Living Church infection group in Singapore. Of the imported cases abroad, the 152th and 153th were imported from Indonesia, while the 154th came from the United Kingdom.
