Malaysia, the authorities have tested more than 10,000 people who have attended the 10,000-person rally in Kuala Lumpur ’s Grand Castle Mosque, and more than 500 of them have been confirmed!

Nuo Xishan, Health Director of Malaysia, said that as of today (March 19), 1,553 attendees have been tested, and the authorities have collected samples of nearly 5,000 people, of which 513 were diagnosed with one patient. She died yesterday (March 18).

The country also called on the remaining 5,000 seats to be tested. As of now, Malaysia has a total of 790 confirmed cases. The Great People’s Assembly at the Grand Castle Mosque is currently the largest local infection group.

According to information released by the authorities earlier, as many as 16,000 people attended the religious assembly, of which 14,500 were from Malaysia.
